Jia Hua did not have the car I booked, but they upgraded me multiple times to a Toyota Hiace.

I specifically booked a Hertz Highlander, but only a Sorento was available at pickup. The price for a Sorento is half at other shops. The car had a bad odor throughout! I had already bought full insurance on Zuzhu.com, so I just mentioned that when they tried to offer additional insurance. The car was relatively new. However, the queue was a bit long, and the speed was slow due to the crowd.
