Dissatisfied. The app didn't inform me that the second driver had to be at least 25 years old. My child is 22 with 4 years of driving experience, but they were not allowed to be an additional driver. As a result, I had to return the car 4 days early and it caused a lot of inconvenience!

The model I booked doesn't exist locally. Not sure whose fault it is. Felt deceived. I don't like Korean cars and prefer the Camry. If it wasn’t available, I might have booked a Ford instead.

The attitude was neither humble nor overly enthusiastic, but they were able to answer all questions!

The location is right across from the parking lot at Toronto T3 arrival floor, fairly easy to find. The staff were very friendly!

Easy to borrow and change cars, but the fee details are unclear.
