Despite purchasing a full insurance package, both branches charged insurance fees without verification (they didn't even bother to promote it), consumption tax, terminal usage fees, and fuel fees. They also overcharged me for an extra day of rental. The car was not handed over with a full tank of fuel, and although I returned it with more fuel than when I picked it up, they still deducted a fuel fee. The total charges were nearly double the amount confirmed on the platform! This is serious fraud! As a long-time user, this was my worst experience. The Chinese-speaking staff had a poor attitude. Always pushing for additional insurance.

The car was almost brand new, awesome!
