Alamo and Enterprise share the same location, but in Frankfurt, their office is separate from other rental companies, which took some time to find. The front desk service was good, fast, and convenient; the process was simple. However, the staff tried to sell me damage insurance for damages under 1000 euros twice, despite me telling them I had already purchased insurance through another platform. They insisted they were not aware of it and made me sign a waiver. They offered me a Kia instead of the reserved car. After multiple discussions, they said it was the only model available and since I had to drive over 200 kilometers at night to another city, I had no choice. The car was new with only about 200 kilometers on the odometer.
Some staff have poor service awareness and do not take customer feelings into account. The reserved car model was not available at pickup, and the staff seemed indifferent, which was frustrating. However, when I returned the car four days later, the staff was very cooperative. The difference between people is significant.
The staff tried very hard to sell insurance at pick-up. They were unhappy when I didn't buy it and tried to scare me about potential high costs if the car had any issues. There were very few car models available, much worse than Alamo in the US.
The young guy at the rental store was very enthusiastic, but even though we had already purchased full insurance, he still sold us another full insurance package. During the process of picking up the car in the garage, we felt the payment amount was incorrect and raised the issue with the staff there. After carefully reviewing our order, they immediately agreed to refund the amount when we returned the car. Shortly after returning the car to a different location, we received the refund. Fast and trustworthy correction!
Good car,they gave me diesel and big car...Only car tank was not full...I told personal and he changed 3/4 on check list...When i drop off car,Mrs.Lisa was so kind,she finished all procedures fast and easy...Thanks
