Although not at the airport, there is a shuttle bus service which is very convenient. The handsome guy patiently listened to our broken English and responded, even slowing down his speech!

Their service is impeccable. When we exited the airport, there was someone holding a sign with my name on it waiting to pick us up, which made us feel very welcomed. The person who picked us up was an elderly man, with limited English, but he patiently communicated with us until we understood everything. The car was almost new, and driving it was an excellent experience! When we returned, someone picked us up again. This time, the elderly man didn't speak any English. We just asked 'OK?' and he responded 'OK!' and we were on our way. Haha. Very good experience.

Very enthusiastic service. They even helped set up the car's navigation system. The car was in excellent condition, having only driven about 3700 kilometers when we picked it up.

After we cleared customs, the CARO staff met us smoothly and arranged a Mercedes E200 for us. The car performed very well. We are very satisfied. Apart from the usual rental fee, an additional 200 Euros was pre-authorized, which they said would be refunded if everything was in order.
