Although not at the airport, there is a shuttle bus service which is very convenient. The handsome guy patiently listened to our broken English and responded, even slowing down his speech!
When we arrived in the morning, we followed the order instructions to wait at the information center of T1 terminal for pickup. We got there around 6:30 AM, but no one was present. We spent quite some time searching for their counter and eventually had to call them, but only reached their voicemail. Around 7:15 AM, we finally got through to them, and they came to pick us up at 7:30 AM. The staff member, who was around 50-60 years old, was very nice and deserves praise. Overall, renting from a big company is better. At T2, there was a counter immediately upon arrival, unlike this time, where it wasted a lot of time and gave new tourists a poor impression.
Apart from the difficulty in locating the pickup point at the airport, everything else was perfect. They even upgraded us for free to a VOLVO XC60 with navigation. Very nice! The small stone collision on the car door was handled well. Overall, not bad!
The car was in great condition, almost new. The staff was very friendly. We arrived at the pickup location ourselves and experienced the warm hospitality of the Germans. We returned the car at night, and they even drove us back to the airport. An excellent car rental company.
