el coche tenía un foco trasero roto. No lo vi porque era de noche cuando cogí el coche. El personal a la salida del local dio la vuelta al coche y no me dijo nada. Me hizo firmar el papel y me dijo que saliera. Luego resulto que el portón trasero no se cerraba. empujabamos la puerta, se cerraba pero 2 segundos más tarde se volvía a abrir.

Not sure if it's a common tactic in Los Angeles, but no matter what car you book, they always tell you on the spot that the car isn't available, and you have to pay extra to get a car. Since travelers can’t afford to waste time arguing, this has happened both times I rented a car. Can the rental service do something about it?

Booking was handled by Fox rent a car. Good shuttle service from/to airport. They changed booking for fuel arrangement from: "full to full" To prepaid without asking but corrected it upon my request.
