Car was clean on outside but inside upholstery stained and needed a deep clean. The car had numerous marks on bodywork and I was apprehensive signing off on the condition. The car run ok for the week although the tyre pressure monitor activated. Overall I would give the car a 6/10
The guy on the desk at Goldcar was possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He definitely shouldn’t work in customer service. He was very put out we had our own Insurance and therefore did not require his. If goldcar and up as an option in qeeq again I would not book.
For return the car one day later, i confused the date.. they changed me 425€ for un day while I rent all the week for 1€. I know it is my fault but should be reasonable price in proportion with the rental price. They should be a table to know how much they will charge or what if they charged 5000€ or whatever they like. So take care this how they get their benefits

The employee lied to me, telling me that I had to pay 150 for an insurrance to get the car, and she took 260 euros from my card, telling me that Goldcar refunded me back 110 euros, but they did not. Lies, thief.
