The option to return the car at a different location is very convenient, especially since both the pickup and drop-off points are at the airport.

Both pickup and return are self-service, and no one inspects the car upon return. It’s very fast and convenient. The store's location is also very prominent, right next to the baggage claim area at Christchurch Airport. My only minor complaint is that the store pushes various services aggressively. I ended up renting snow chains due to their persistent selling but didn't use them at all.
