Refuelling condition was supposed to be full to full but they maintained they only do same to same, which is not what my confirmation stated. The staff was uncooperative.
Handed the confirmation slip to the counter staff, but she impatiently said she couldn't read any of the Chinese. The order on the platform is bilingual. Her attitude was terrible, clearly displaying discrimination against Chinese customers. She was a chubby Italian woman with glasses.
The store is a bit far from the airport, requiring a shuttle bus. You need to call for the shuttle and wait for it to come. If you're unlucky, the wait can be quite long, which is not a great experience. Returning the car is better, just navigate to the store and return the car, then take the shuttle to the airport. Insurance is recommended but not pushed aggressively. The car I got was not ideal. I originally booked a Skoda, but ended up with a Citroen C3 with almost 40,000 kilometers on it.

Extremely cheap booking but they made it up by charging 14x as much to add an additional driver at the counter. The car had several small scuffs and dings on pick-up but they decided it had an additional scratch on a wing mirror on return - it didn't - and are trying to charge me 90 euros for it.
