2023年1月にスペイン・タラゴナにて無料駐車場にて鍵をこじ開けられ荷物を全部盗まれる車上荒らしに遭いましたが、EUROPCAR はメールにてフォローしてもらえました。QEEQ カスタマーサービスは電話とメールでタイムリーにフォローしてくれました。

値段が安くカスタマーサービスもよかったです。 日本ではまず乗用車のレンタルでディーゼル車にあたることはありませんが、 海外の場合だと違います。 ディーゼル車に当たった場合、ガソリンと同じようにアドブルーを給水しないといけません。アドブルー費用が利用者持ちというところがあまり腑に落ちません。

No issues with the hire or pick up. The car had a few scrapes and dents that the girl on the counter verified on the rental document. The staff on the drop off checked it and I had no issues

Fairly long wait for pick up. Was told when booking online I had paid in full and would pay nothing at pick up. When picking the car up I was required to pay an additional 23€ tax and an 800€ deposit.
