Nous avons attendu longtemps pour récupérer la voiture compte tenu de l'affluence.
J'avais dû retourner à l'agence pour changer la voiture car surclassée, elle ne correspondait pas aux besoins. Consommation trop élevée
Mais l'équipe très réactive et à l'écoute
The vehicle's condition was not very good. There was a tire pressure warning once, and then the Car Play feature stopped working and couldn't connect to the phone. The remote car key also ran out of battery.
Got an upgrade on my car because I'm a Gold Plus member which is good.
The service was easy and great.
But they've charged one extra day of me and I needed to call they to undo that, so this made the experience not to be 100%
Although staff at the pick up location was professional and friendly, they were understaffed. Also, unfortunately there wasn't any small cars left for me, I had to go with a mini van, not very eco friendly...
