My booking was cancelled when I arrived. It took them more than 30 minutes to find the original booking. Nevertheless the staff at the counter was friendly and helpful. Drop off was too long I had to wait 15 minutes in the car and I had to call them 3 times

Good condition of the car. But disappointed with the power of the car, as you should bring in 3 liter turbo diesel, instead of 2.5litre diesel. But still acceptable power with full load of the car, 4 adult and 4 children with 3 big luggage and a big backpack.
