Car and staff great... office and facilities poor

Picked up car in port canaveral budget office. The office was very crowded... it took 55 mins to get through the rental line. Building not fit for purpose and toilet was not fit for use by human or any known living animal. The shuttle service was extremely slow so we had to use uber (Saturday morning... 20usd + tip to go 2 miles). I guess shuttle service is that slow due to the small size of office and it is better to have people line up in cruise terminal than at the office. Staff were very efficient and polite. Car was very clean and met our expectations.

First I paid for Easyrentcars 460,47 Euro on the 24th of June. And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back.
