THIS TIME THERE WERE A NUMBER OF ISSUES 1) IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR THE SHUTTLE TO TURN UP FROM LAX 2) THERE WAS A 20 MINUTE WAIT IN THE QUEUE AT FOX 3) THERE WERE NO MIDSIZED SUVS AVAILABLE WHEN I WENT TO SELECT A CAR SO I WAS GIVEN A VERY LARGE JEEP WHICH I FOUND VERY CUMBERSON TO MANOUVRE AND DRIVE. 4) I WAS QUOTED $105? PLUS PETROL @ AROUND $5 PER GALLON. I FELT I WAS RIPPED OFF WHEN CHARGED $150 IN THE END AS THE FUEL GUAGE WAS JUST UNDER FULL!

The store suggested additional costs like insurance upgrades and fuel charges, which I identified and declined, but I almost fell for it. The RAV4 I booked was unavailable, and they gave me a KIA SPORTAGE instead. They claimed it was the only car of the same type left, which was confusing... The attendant at pickup told me I only had the basic insurance and needed an upgrade. I said the car rental platform I used already included comprehensive insurance, so no upgrade was necessary. He said okay, there would be no extra insurance charges. Then, he printed a paper and asked me to sign, emphasizing with a pen that the charge was zero. But I noticed the total amount was $56. When I asked, he explained it was for fuel. I told him my agreement with the platform was full-to-full fuel policy. He insisted their option was cheaper than refueling myself. When I insisted I didn't want it, he quickly crumpled the paper and threw it away...

The car could be cleaner inside. The people in the counter were very helpful.

The process of booking was really good.

Will not rent from them again. Missed event we were supposed to go too ...got in late due to run around . Guy at advantage was very helpful.
