Excellent while still at Thrifty - so at airport location. Car with 100,000 km so a bit old.

Could not find Dollar rental counter on arrival and by the time we worked out it was through Thrifty we had to wait over 1/2 hour to be served. Were upgraded to a better vehicle so happy in the end

I am still waiting for my bond to be released. I have found this wait time to be quite long campared to other similar companies I have booked rental cars through. This has been frustrating

I was very disappointed that the dollar counter staff tried selling me insurance again even after I explained that I had purchased this through easy rent cars. He told me a number of times that I wasn’t actually insured when in fact I was, just not through them. I think that the insurance process is misleading for customers, and most people would just listen to what the staff member was selling and take it. Resulting in a double up of insurance. Not impressed about that process and glad I understand it now for future.
