I think the main reason is the high traffic here, they neither have time nor need to make money by being difficult. Additionally, all the rental companies are lined up together, so the competition is fierce. If they have a bad attitude, they'll lose.

The car rental service was decent, but I have major issues with QEEQ. I had a bad experience on my first time using QEEQ to book a car. I had paid all the fees to QEEQ, but at pickup, the system couldn't find the one-way fee. After a lengthy discussion, QEEQ asked me to pay upfront, saying they would refund me after I return the car. It's been over a week now, and there's been no progress! Why should I have to pay this money? Shouldn't QEEQ cover it? It's not just me, my friend also booked a car, and when they went to pick it up, there were no cars available. We had to rent from another company, and QEEQ didn't refund the fees.
