absolutely my worse ever car rental due both to Europcar AND Qeeq

About Europcar:6.0/10
The counter staff were confused and did not know anything about the money I paid ($120 approx) to Qeeq. they Still have no closed out the rental agreement even though I returned the car five days ago.

The car rental company was fantastic . And i really can’t say enough about the staff . I can’t remember the young ladies name but she really made the whole experience a breeze . I would really recommend this company to any .

This company was great to work with . I didn’t see that much of a price drop . But it was a good experience just the same .
It's been ten days and I still haven't gotten my deposit refund.
And The drop off point is difficult to find. We do not know where is the office. The office in The airport is closed when 6 pm.
Like: The staffs are friendly and really helpful. The one who entertain me during the pick up explained everything that I need to know really precise in her own way. The car is really comfortable and in a very god condition. Dislike: Takes quite some time for the staff to fill up my details during the pick up. It will be easier if I could fill my details like passport number and everything during the booking. So that, the staff just need to double check the details.
