Got the car at Gatwick Airport and returned it to the same location. I purchased full insurance at the counter; the service was decent, and the return process was simple. The deposit was refunded quickly. The only issue was the lack of a paper contract. The staff said it would be emailed, but my Sina email never received it, which made me a little worried.

Initially there was an overcharge, but QEEQ's customer service resolved it quickly. The enterprise staff didn't push any additional products. The employee who showed the car was very friendly and thorough. Returning the car was very quick; the woman staff was efficient, checked the car in 30 seconds, verified the fuel gauge, and the return process was done. Excellent service.

The staff at the rental company were very friendly. Although they did promote some additional services, there was no hard sell or forceful tactics. Since I returned the car after closing hours, there was no extra charge. They even called me the next day to confirm that everything was fine with the vehicle. Excellent service!

Was really good apart from collection i waited almost 3 hours to pick up, I was offered 25% which thr manager emailed Qeeq but after speaking with them which was beyond terrible as the girl couldn't understand or speak English she made the whole process extremely terrible.
