Smooth and easy car rental

The car I received was very old, covered in scratches and with a total mileage of 139,000 kilometers. I asked the rental company to change the car, but they refused. I reluctantly drove it on the road; fortunately, during the 4 days of rental, the car didn't break down, although the power was somewhat insufficient. The air conditioning worked well though. Overall, the service was mediocre. I suggest not using cars with a mileage of 140,000 kilometers for rental services anymore.

We used a Thai car rental company this time, and everything was fine.

I had a problem on car battery and I had to call them to change car battery, however, the lady over the phone couls not speak and understand properly. So I was struggling so much while giving my information, including location. Except this the service was good.

Car suitable for the narrow roads but struggled big time up the many hills in Phuket. Staff friendly and helpful. Make sure you thoroughly check the car on pick up and take clear photos

All went smoothly. Happy with the service
