Here's a comment you can use for Budget Car Rental: --- I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Budget Car Rental at JFK Airport. Despite booking a car through QEEQ and paying in advance, I encountered several issues. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and I was informed that no cars were available upon arrival. After finally getting a vehicle, I was later hit with an unauthorized charge of USD 1202.39 on my credit card, despite being assured by customer service that there would be no extra fees for dropping off the car at a different location. I’ve tried to resolve this directly with your customer support, but I have yet to receive the refund that was promised. As a visitor from London, this entire experience has been incredibly stressful, and I’m now worried about additional charges on my credit card due to this error. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Budget to anyone based on my experience.

The car was perfect, I thought it was a 5 seater and it ended up being a 7 seater. Well needed space for my family road trip.

The easyrentcars app was a breeze to use. I was even able to check on the rates at a later date and found a lower price. In addition the price drop feature actually rebooked my hire for a lower price when it became available.

Was so much disappointed budget did not offer the car I rented, neither similar. Was much smaller size not enough for the baggage. Waiting time was so long . Staff was not very helpful
