A bit of a wait due to an issue with the customer before me. But once they got to me, it was a smooth and straight forward process! The car itself was in fairly good condition, although it had a bit of a weird musk in the car and the air conditioning could be better. But the car was definitely spacious enough for four people and could fit 4 medium cases in the car. Definitely value for money!

Only one person on the desk and they were fully occupied with another customer for 20 minutes before serving me so not a great start plus whilst the car was new it wasn't to my liking really especially as it was classified as a large SUV but compared to the other large SUV's i've booked it was sub-standard in my opinion

Got a relatively new car with just a mileage of 2700km that is clean and in good condition. Receiving staff was kind to offer and dropped us at the international departure hall after the car was inspected and returned at the domestic terminal; it was drizzling.
