Easy reservation process, easier pickup drop off process

Paid extra for snow tires but received all-season tires. The store clerk said all-season tires are better than snow tires. Don't know if they were uninformed or pretending. However, they agreed to switch the car as compensation, so it was eventually resolved.

The owner is Chinese and very gentle. However, it was the first time I encountered the need to check the car from all angles when renting it. The owner said it was because I didn't choose the express rental option, which I didn't understand. Nevertheless, the owner was quite nice. We agreed to return the car at a gas station, and even though I was late, the owner answered my questions about ice wine.

They offer half price for a similar or even better service!

Happy I found Easyrentcars.com after suffering days looking for a decent price on all other websites.

This was the worst rental experience i've ever had. I expected a company with capabilities like a national chain and got a company with no shuttle, no english speakers, and about 15 minutes away from the airport in a different part of town.

Dislike: It took more than a month and a call from me to get my deposit of 1000$ back...
