Everything was all right; however, it could have been better to have a staff with me for a check up during my drop off. I didn't encounter any problems but I did feel a little uncomfortable just leaving the car and the keys without any inspection. Thank you.
The service from GLOBAL rent a car was excellent! When we couldn't find the pick-up location, we called and they brought the car to us. Later, they showed us where to return the car, which made the return process convenient. It was self-service and we just had to park the car, place the keys in the designated box, and leave.
There is hardly anyone at the counter and You need to give them a call and wait, sometimes over 30 minutes....
The whole process is very quick.
