The best thing about Apex in Cairns was the counter staff. We were helped by a lady originally from Liverpool and she was excellent giving us great tourist tips and recommendations on how to get around. Great service. The car was fine, no hassles. Thanks!

Booking platform was good. I think we got good value for money.

Like: Nice car, friendly and efficient service.
Dislike: We had to wait until the next morning after arriving because there was no after hours pickup.

Like: I travel frequently and rent cars at times. Other major rental agencies have much to learn vs Apex. I had two drivers and insurance included for much less than other options.
Dislike: Car was very reasonable for price but a few minor scratches - interior was perfect.
