It was good. We felt pressure to return it clean, but that was ok. Overall it was a good experience

I booked a Ford Edge but was given a Mitsubishi Outlander instead, which felt like a downgrade. Additionally, the car had a strong smell of smoke.

Pick up was quick. Counter staff were extremely courteous and professional. Given a free upgrade.

Easy enough to navigate and find a car at a competitive price.

Generally good service and easy process. The car lacked cleanliness inside.

The man behind the counter was rude on pick up of vehicle and even ruder on return. He questioned the cleanliness of the vehicle on return despite it being unclean on pick up. He had no people skills and his non-verbal communication was negative. If hes not happy in the job then perhaps it's not for him or he should seek supervision from his manager.

Like: Good car, cheap to run and excellent value for money!
Dislike: Waited for nearly TWO hours at SFO to collect car, only two people serving and very long queue!
