The drop off time was amazingly fast and easy. The pick up was very fast also, just a bit more communication would have been nice so that the person actually know whats happening next. like 'ill just get your car' or 'ill get this person here to prepare your car'' go with him'. instead of just leaving the person there like an idiot wondering whats happening.

Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard. Rear tv and ac controls. Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us. Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks
