Like: Best price for car rentals. New Zealand has the highest car rental price than all countries I visit.
Dislike: The only down side was we had to wait over half an hour from the time we rang them to be picked up at airport. Apart from that it was a fab experience.

When returning the car, there was a Taiwanese server. I asked her in English if she spoke Chinese, and she replied in English that she didn’t. But when I went out to return the car and came back for the paperwork, she was fluently speaking Chinese with two other Taiwanese people. Isn't that frustrating? I returned the car at the Christchurch airport location. It was a female server, suspected to be Taiwanese. Please take action!
