“Sadly. Not great.”

The car was a fiat 500 not the car we booked. It was in poor condition but mechanically ok. The Guy Andreas who we have met before is very easy to talk to and was understanding of the condition of the car. The process of getting a car at the desk took 40 minutes despite us being the only people at the booking desk. It was late in the afternoon so not ideal.

First car was cancelled by the rental car company after a few days and I had to go back on the website and find another one. They had offered a replacement but at twice the price. Found another myself for a better deal.
