The car was in good condition, and renting was convenient. You can switch cars yourself, which is quite considerate as it saves you from having to rush back to return the car. There are few automatic cars. I booked an automatic, but there were none available at the store, and waiting took a long time. I had no choice but to switch to a manual. Not sure if the price difference was adjusted.

Pretty good, but didn't specifically mention this website. However, I was able to find the order, which is enough.

The car's AC did not work and the front driver side window did not close properly.

the tank was not full, it was £7 short of petrol, car was dirty esp windscreen, screen wash ran out very quickly so had to drive with limited vision and electric windows stopped working for half an hour so had to drive with drivers wndow fully open on a mototrway. told staff upon return and they didnt seem too bthered, no offer to recompense the lack of petrol, not impressive.

We got a free upgrade. Great car, friendly staff and excellent service and instructions from National in Brighton

No word on the amount of excess we would have been liable to pay until we picked up the car.

Full to full on fuel would be good.
