The staff were very friendly, but the communication between the rental company and QEEQ seemed a bit problematic.

Did not provide drop off instructions. There is no signage at the airport. Guy at the counter was unhappy that I did not follow the correct procedure and after explaining that no info was provided, still kept impolitely telling me how I should have done it. Young lady was helpful and polite though.

Very poor! Not recommended to rent from AVIS! Renting without problems is fine, but once an issue arises, the communication cost is too high to resolve it. I returned a car to AVIS in Istanbul in May with tire damage, and until mid-July, I still haven't received a refund. This time in Sarajevo, AVIS charged arbitrary fees for cross-border use and additional drivers. When I asked different staff at the counter, I got different answers! When booking, the website stated a 100 EUR cross-border fee, but at pickup, I was charged 145 EUR, and at drop-off, the counter said it should be 170 EUR. Talk about random charges! And the additional driver fee, the website says 12 EUR, but the counter charged 15 EUR! At pickup, they charged 15 EUR per day for 13 days, but at drop-off, they said it should be capped at 7 days! AVIS Sarajevo charges randomly and without consistency! No wonder their rating is so low! Think twice if you're planning to rent from them!

Terrible! I don't recommend renting from AVIS! Everything goes smoothly with Zuzuche until there's a problem—then communication becomes extremely difficult. I had issues with tire damage in Istanbul in May, and by mid-July, I still hadn't received a refund! This time in Sarajevo, AVIS charged exorbitant fees for cross-border travel and extra drivers. Different staff members at AVIS counters gave us different answers. When booking, Zuzuche indicated a cross-border fee of 100 euros, but at pickup, they charged 145 euros. At return, another counter stated it should be 170 euros. It’s outrageous! And the extra driver fee is written as 12 euros on their website, but the counter charged 15 euros. At pickup, they charged 15 euros per day for 13 days, but at return, the counter said it’s capped at 7 days! AVIS Sarajevo is a mess with arbitrary charges! No wonder the ratings are so low! Think twice before renting from them!

Super ptotection satın almama rağmen kartıma bloke konuldu. Sitede blokeye gerek yok yazıyordu. Ancak bir sorun olmadı. Aracı teslim ettikten 3 gün sonra bloke çözüldü. Şirket yetkilileri ilgiliydi. Teşekkürler.

Excellent service. I booked for 4 PM but picked up the car before 2 PM and returned it a bit after 3 PM with no extra charges. Aside from a short wait to pick up and return the car, everything was great. No upselling, quick deposit return, honest service. This is my go-to car rental company in Europe.

The first car I got was really old and in bad shape, after complaining they swop car next day and the second car was bit better . But definitely I wouldn't recommend Green Motion to anyone.Pay bit more and go somewhere else.

First of all, the actual car was completely different from the one in the pictures. It was a front-wheel drive and a very old model. I have rented many cars before, and I can say the normal price would be around 60 euros per day. It did not look anything like the picture, and the rental agent told me that the pictures on the rental platform were incorrect. I searched on Google and found that the actual vehicle was an Opel Corsa Berline with a 1.2 engine capacity. A new one costs 18,000 euros, definitely not like the one in the picture. Secondly, paying a high price for this car that did not match the photos was already frustrating. On top of that, I lost my credit card and could only use Apple Pay. The rental agent insisted that I buy his insurance or else he would cancel my booking. When I asked for other solutions, he repeatedly said, 'I don't know, I can do nothing.' What annoyed me was that he made no effort to find a solution and made things extremely inconvenient for me. He said he had been in the business for 40 years. Then why did I have to come up with solutions on my own? I had to negotiate with the rental platform for an hour, eventually bought their insurance, and got a refund for the platform insurance (which, even after a month and a half, still hasn't been processed). I thought I could finally enjoy my trip, but it rained in Montenegro, and this car, being a front-wheel drive, skidded down the mountain at 50 km/h, hitting a guardrail. I refuse to believe it was my driving skills; I had been driving in Turkey last week, where roads are notorious, especially around Fethiye and Pamukkale. But I rented an Opel SUV there with no issues. After the accident, I contacted the rental agent, and he started yelling at me on the phone saying, 'I don’t know how to do, I can’t do anything.' I later learned from the landlord that I needed to file an accident report with the police to claim insurance. This rental agent kept his mouth shut like a prisoner, not saying a word. In desperation, I called the embassy, but don't ever do that! The person who answered was extremely rude, confirmed I was Chinese, and then impatiently said 'Speak!' When I asked how to resolve the issue, she dismissed me saying, 'I don't know, ask your rental company,' and hung up. I spent half a day dealing with the police in Montenegro, went to a local court, and paid 200 euros for the accident report. The car was towed away with one day left in the rental period, and I did not get a refund. This whole ordeal ruined our trip. The agent yelled at my girlfriend, combined with the embassy's 'helpfulness,' upset her deeply. She cried for half a day, and I spent a lot of time comforting her. In a completely unfamiliar place, dealing with all this was extremely frustrating. The most ridiculous part was that, in the end, this agent charged my credit card 8,000 RMB for towing fees. Fortunately, I managed to get the money back with the help of my credit card company, but it took three trips and multiple calls. My time and effort are valuable too. This whole experience was extremely disgusting. A word of advice: never use Green Motion. Also, try to avoid renting through platforms; they can't help you when issues arise, leaving you to deal with everything on your own.

I firmly believe it wasn't my driving skills because I had just driven in Turkey the previous week. Anyone who’s driven in Turkey knows how challenging the roads are, especially around Fethiye and Pamukkale. But since I rented an Opel SUV in Turkey, there were no issues. Fortunately, I got the money back with the help of my credit card company, but I had to make multiple trips and calls to resolve it. My time and energy are valuable too. The whole ordeal was like swallowing a fly—disgusting and frustrating. I strongly advise against using Green Motion and renting cars through these platforms. When difficulties arise, the platform won't be much help either; you'll end up handling everything on your own.

Very impressed by the service. Car was nearly brand new and very good condition and smooth drive. Deposit was immediately refunded after car was returned.
