The woman who tended to my requests was very helpful and kind. She offered us local advice and went beyond to help us.

The counter is right inside the airport and easy to find (this is also the smallest airport I've ever seen).

We had to pay an extra 40 euros to the agency to get the car after 18H. At no time when booking on the internet, there was talk of a surcharge to pay for this option. Please notify your customer for this service.

The staff were super nice and the car was very new, only 2000km.

The service is convenient and reliable. However, since the place is small, after this flight left, the counter was empty by around 3 PM. The staff was nowhere to be found because they said they were handing over vehicles. The town office is also closed on weekends, but someone answers the phone.

Overall fine, no upselling, but no one was there after getting the car.

Very friendly

The airport is very small; as soon as you come out, you see a small counter. However, no one was there. I made a phone call, and someone came within 10 minutes. The paperwork was completed in less than 10 minutes. They upgraded me to a Volvo V70 wagon, which is awesome.
