The service was enthusiastic, the process was fast, and the car rental experience was very convenient.

We have used Dollar twice for rentals from the airport and have been very happy with their service on both occasions.

The car was not full of gas as promised, half full. Spoke with their customer service and supplied picture of half filled gas tank. Noted and taken care of at Pittsburgh Airport on return. This is why it took about 15 minuets to return. Leaving Grand Rapids was about 15 minutes as well, completing reservation was about 10 min because of my questions. Everyone was very nice and courteous from Budget! TY!

The counter staff person at pick up was very friendly, but I was shocked to see that the price I had to pay was $50 more than the price I booked it for. The staff told me it was because of tax, but why wasn't that included when I booked it? I don't like when pricing isn't upfront. Also, I called to talk to someone about extending my drop off time, and that person wasn't very nice.

Truck should have had a step and grab bar to get into passenger side.

Did not get a full size car, when I picked up the car. Was tight for long trip

When making a reservation over the phone, they said they would call back, but they never did. When we tried to extend the rental, they didn't provide the necessary information, making us go there twice. The prices at the store are ridiculously high; even Americans say the service is terrible. We won't consider this company again.
