The staff service attitude is very good, very polite.

They were so efficient and thorough. Clear communication, very thoughtful interactions, overall I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

The staff were positively brilliant. Car rental companies have a very bad reputation but I could not speak more highly of the staff there. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. She even gave my daughter a little toy! I will definitely be renting from them again.

Booking online was very easy. I was quite worried as we were driving in Japan and did not speak the language but it did not make any difference, it was all seamless.

Pick up at terminal was smooth. Explanations were clear and concise. Vehicle in good condition. Returning was seamless. Drop off at convenient spot.

Service counter ask us to fill up where we going and where we staying, knowing that, they do not offer any highway or toll package that we could save half of the toll fee (we saw it in the notice board at the rest area), even the office don’t have such notice too. Moreover, they do not even ask if I need a ETC (smart Toll card) until I asked for it. Pick up office need to improve. Whereas at the drop off office at Hakata station, was very good and the staffs are very kind.

Overall good. More promotion would be greatly appreciated. Just one comment, when I use the app, trying to login, an authorised email will be sent, but when I click to it, it don’t link to the app at all. Till now, my app unable to login my account.

จองมา 5-6ครั้ง ราบรื่นดีทุกครั้ง ใช้ price drop ทุกครั้ง แต่ราคาไม่เคยลงมาถึง 5% ตามที่ตั้งไว้ จึงไม่รู้ว่าใช่ได้จริงไหม

They need to ensure rental cars are regularly serviced and is actually drivable.

First time booking, overall experience was straightforward. Shall see if diamond membership is really worth it with my next booking.
