GENOA AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

The company charged two pre-authorizations. The first one was explained, but the second one wasn't clarified at all.

They were all very helpful.

The site shows cars which are not compatible with the car rental cars. Unfortunately this is true not only for europcar but all car rentals

We had to return the car and exchange it for a new one after one hour. Brakes were not working properly and tires needed air. The client service telephone line was completely useless. The Europcar representative that checked us in was careless and didnt explain the insurance conditions properly.

Difficulty finding a petrol station and ran out of time. (Not their fault) Ridiculous that they charge a filling fee on top of the cost of the petrol. 22€ fee.

Probably would have picked another car. We got what we ordered, which is unusual. I blame James May! LOL

It was great experience in Genua, I don’t really trust Italian rental agencies ;) but here was everything excellent, always again

It has been a long time, I don't remember.

Staff at ecovia not helpful but in all my years of renting car very few staff at car rental offices have much customer service skills. We had a upgrade so from a Fiat 500 to a opal mocca so that’s why space in car excellent
