Counter staff tried to upsell to more expensive car, tried to sell insurance package although I had full insurance already

Car was very underpowered for a 5+2 We also unfortunately had a flat tire and there was no tire weld or spare wheel in the car as we were on our way back to the airport, which was very frustrating and could’ve made us miss our flight

Had to wait a bit longer as the car was in the wrong bay

They need DVLA share code, may be it can be specified on the web to reduce time of car pick-up

Arrived at the counter at 7:30, no early pick-up allowed, had to wait until the scheduled time. Normally, they close at 9 PM, but we returned the car early at 8:30 PM the previous night. The inspector was gone, so we were asked to drop the keys in the box. So far, no issues have arisen.

Although the office usually closes at 9 PM, we returned the car at 8:30 PM the night before. The inspection staff were not available, so we were told to leave the keys in the box. However, there have been no issues so far.

On July 10, 2024, I was charged 79 Azeri Manat without explanation. Rentalcars.com emailed the company but got no response, so Rentalcars.com reimbursed me directly. Awesome! Additionally, I do not recommend self-driving in Azerbaijan; cancel your plans if you have any, it's not worth it. Strong recommendation for Georgia and Armenia instead.
