Easy check-in, easy check-out. No hassle at all. Very friendly staff which made the experience even better and the most friendly and welcoming of all was Ramanda Kajtazović at check-in. i made a mistake when i booked online to indicate a pickup time and it reverted to 12 noon,i arrived there at 845 and when he noticed the mistake he told me he had no cars to give me ,except a top of the line with all bells and whistles for only 10.00euro more a day for 8 day's when i explained to him that the 2 times before i rented from then it did not pose a problem his answer was THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM and than told me further that the car i had reserved would be available in about 3 hours and could wait in the public seating in front of their office ,i sat there for 2 hours WAS NOT IMPRESSED

This is the second similar car I have hired and the spec on the car is low. It is a full size car but has minimal extras that would be typical for a car of that class. There was no speed sensitive cruise control as an example. I hired a volve S60 earlier and it had extras that would be typical for the car type but the Mercedes didn’t.

Great experience. We realized that our four 24-inch suitcases wouldn't fit in the originally booked car, so they upgraded us to a Volvo for free. It's very fuel-efficient, with Dutch fuel costing €2.33 per liter! Driving was easy and the car, with only 1500 kilometers, was practically new. Hence, no need to buy an eco-friendly certificate when going to Belgium.

The Schiphol branch is better than Europe Car. The staff at Europecar were indifferent. Alamo and Enterprise are actually the same company, felt like I got a good deal. The girl who helped me book upstairs was very nice, and she was also there when I returned the car. The girl who assisted me with the pickup was great too, even joked with us.
