After claiming your luggage, please exit the terminal building and cross to the other side of the road. Wait for the train under the green-roof walkway to the Car Rental Center station. Follow the signs at the Car Rental Center reach the rental counter to complete your pickup documents, then proceed to the lower level using the elevator to collect your vehicle.

Drop-off Instructions

Please set your GPS to the Car Rental Center, once reach the airport area, pay attention to the road signs on top, follow the Car Rental Center direction, keep left and go downhill to the Car Rental Center return area.     I placed an order in March and arrived at Maui on 9/28. Upon entering Dollar and submitting the order, they started adding mandatory insurance. I already mentioned that I would pay according to the order, but they said the insurance in the order only covered a part. Finally, I asked if I couldn't rent the car if I didn't buy the additional insurance, and she said yes. At that moment, I didn't have time to contact the car rental website due to long flights and anxious family members. So, I had to buy whatever insurance they told me to. The return process was relatively smooth. I pre-paid for a full tank of gas, so I could return the car with any level of fuel.

    We got a mid-to-large SUV, it was a Dodge. The pickup went smoothly. During the drive, there was a minor accident, but since we had full insurance, the rental company told us it was no problem when we returned the car. Just filled out an accident report and it was fine. Very satisfied!
