After claiming your luggage, please exit the terminal building and cross to the other side of the road. Wait for the train under the green-roof walkway to the Car Rental Center station. Follow the signs at the Car Rental Center reach the rental counter to complete your pickup documents, then proceed to the lower level using the elevator to collect your vehicle.

Drop-off Instructions

Please set your GPS to the Car Rental Center, once reach the airport area, pay attention to the road signs on top, follow the Car Rental Center direction, keep left and go downhill to the Car Rental Center return area. Além de cobrar o valor incorreto na retirar o carro, o contrato também teve um valor diferente do que foi acordado e a entrega do veículo foi em um local a 10 minutos de taxi do aeroporto. O local de entrega fica fora do aeroporto (10 minutos de taxi) e como era fim de semana, não tinha nenhum funcionário para receber o veículo, foi feito apenas em uma caixa. Não existe nenhuma forma de transporte fornecido para eles, você é obrigado a solicitar um taxi para chegar ao aeroporto. Não recomendo alugar carro pela Alamo em Maui.

The rental store is next to the airport, at the far west end of the terminal there is a shuttle bus. The driver will help with your luggage. The store is quite large, the queue isn’t long, and you can get the car quickly by showing the necessary documents. You can choose any car in the SUV section as no specific model is assigned. We chose a red Hyundai, which seemed fuel-efficient, among options like Jeep and Grand Cherokee.

I reserved a Grand Cherokee-level SUV, but when I got to the store, they offered me a Nissan Rogue or a Jeep Patriot and said I could only choose one. It was really frustrating since there were at least 20 Wranglers parked nearby. I asked the staff if I could switch, but they refused. I ended up calling QEEQ customer service for help. They were polite, but after talking to the store employees, nothing changed. In the end, I had no choice but to accept the Rogue, which turned out to be a 2.0 low-end model. It was quite disappointing to spend money on a Grand Cherokee-level SUV and end up with a compact SUV. Previously, when I rented cars from other places, I got vehicles like the Ford Explorer, which are of the same class. ALAMO's service was quite average.
