1. There was no information indicating an additional airport fee of 21 euros; 2. At the airport, I was informed that I was not old enough to drive the specified model, which contradicts the information in the app; 3. When placing the order, it was mentioned that a phone holder would be provided, but there was none upon picking up the car; 4. When I picked up the car from Europcar, there was no one to inspect the car with me, and the counter didn’t mention this. As a result, when I returned after driving for an hour to replace the car, they found new damage, but I had no evidence.
