This was the first time I encountered a rental company that required an international driver's license to be accompanied by a translated version with a full English address matching the one on my domestic license. Terrible experience. The car return location at Sydney Airport is not near the terminal, making it very difficult to find. This caused me to be over an hour late in returning the car, and they charged me an additional full day's rental. When I complained to customer service, they said it's their policy. This company is staffed entirely by people from India, and their heavy accents make communication difficult. They overcharge unfairly. Very bad review!
