Very good, probably because it wasn't a holiday. There was no queue and the process went smoothly. Bought insurance in the store at a relatively low price, and the vehicle was upgraded to a Toyota CH-R hybrid. Easy to drive and fuel-efficient. No need to clean the car when returning it (it was fairly clean). Really like Hertz!

1. ACC car rental company is not located inside Dubai Airport; both pick-up and drop-off require around a 15-minute wait. The store is approximately 2km away from the airport. 2. They deliver the car to the terminal pickup area, but the rental company requires customers to pay the airport parking fee, about 30 Dirhams. This is the first time I've encountered this situation after renting cars multiple times at Dubai Airport. 3. The drop-off is in a nearby street, and it's impossible to see where the store is located—perhaps I truly couldn't find it. I recommend Zuzuche verify this matter. Someone will drive you to the terminal, but I have slight social anxiety and am uncomfortable engaging with people like this. 4. Although the car I initially chose was accurately provided, its condition was a bit old, and the first day driving it, the dashboard showed a wrench icon indicating maintenance. When I reported this to the rental company, their response was: to wait until the car is returned to conduct repairs... It is indeed quite cheap, and the staff is relatively polite. However, it's a typical business strategy targeting fellow countrymen. From now on, I definitely won't support such businesses anymore unless there are genuine improvements and truthful practices. Please avoid vague strategies.

The staff at this store does not consider customer needs at all. For the second renewal, I still had to go to the location in person. Moreover, they are very unprofessional. I booked again, but they refused to change the car. They also charged additional fees. Most of the vehicles are old models without screens. Please think carefully before renting.

The service was very good, but the car's condition was average. The staff were Chinese and very friendly, reaching out via WeChat as soon as I placed the order. However, the car's condition was not as good as expected. The display screen showed a maintenance or service alert, and the engine noise was quite loud for a car with such low mileage.

However, the rental company I chose this time had one major drawback: when picking up the car, they charged a deposit on my credit card but did not process the release upon return. Instead, I had to wait 30 days for the amount to unfreeze automatically. If they had processed the release at the time of return, the refund would have been faster.

Overall satisfied, but the post-return inspection was a bit too strict. They found a small dent caused by a stone and required me to pay for repairs. It's really frustrating.

The overall car rental experience was okay, but the pickup process was a bit slow. The vehicle's condition was average, and the maximum speed seemed to be capped at 120 km/h, as the display showed warnings for higher speeds.

The service was fine, but after returning home, charges kept appearing on my credit card every few days without any explanation, and no emails were sent to clarify. It's been half a month already. They had previously sent a bill, and all parking fees, tolls, and fines were already deducted. Despite this, I'm still being charged 52 AED one day and 10 AED another day—it’s extremely frustrating. Other aspects were fine, but this frequent unexplained billing is really annoying. I have to spend a lot of time communicating with them over a couple hundred AED.
