The price is cheap, and there is no upselling. Very good. The main advantage is that you can also drive to Austria, which some rental companies do not allow. Make sure to check this carefully.

Business starts at 8 AM, the process was very smooth. They didn't particularly mention additional insurance or try to sell it. Note! The rental company does not include the Hungarian highway toll fee. They also informed us on-site about the cross-border requirements. We paid €12 for the Hungarian vignette and €50 for the cross-border fee.

Great experience! The car was exactly the model we booked, quite new with only around 17,000 kilometers, spacious and perfect for our shopping trip to the outlet. Haha!

The car pickup location is super easy to find. Just turn left after exiting, and there’s a row of car rental companies. Service is quick, and returning the car is straightforward—the staff just did a quick check and it was fine.

How can such a predatory company be part of your platform? During the car return process, they almost used a magnifying glass to inspect the vehicle, yet they found no issues. Both parties signed off to complete the return process. A few days later, my credit card was charged 200 euros, and Schiller emailed claiming there was ash residue somewhere. I've rented cars abroad for 18 years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a rental company—it’s practically daylight robbery!

It most likely wasn’t caused by me, but because I trusted the brand, I didn’t pay attention to the details or take photos as evidence. I had no choice but to accept it.

Para sorpresa, cuando nos cobra, no nos cobro el equivalente a 98€ en florines, sino que aplicó una conversion muy desfavorable porque quiso y sumo 43000 ft, lo que resulto en 106€. Una estafa que suelen hacer a todo el mundo vamos.

The charges were unclear. The website indicated approximately 500 euros, but I actually paid 536 euros. It wasn't the model I booked, and the car had just been washed; the mats inside were still wet. Driving this car on long trips was also quite tiring, so I felt the car rental experience wasn't great this time.

The overall service is fine, but there are hidden mandatory charges. If you don't consume them, you need to pay a deposit of several thousand euros. Additionally, the costs are not transparent. This time I even encountered a car breakdown on the highway, waited for 3 hours before a replacement vehicle arrived. The replacement car wasn't better and was actually worse, not even in the same class. The store insisted it was the same class, leaving you with no choice. Overall, the experience was very poor.

The overall process was quite smooth. When picking up the car, the staff gave me two options: either not buying any insurance from the store and freezing a €3000 deposit, or buying insurance for €275 and freezing a €150 deposit. Based on others' comments about being charged extra during returns, I decided to go with the second option despite the cost. Both pickup and drop-off were very smooth, with minimal inspections. However, this made the rental cost quite high, averaging over €500 per day.

I booked a VW T-Roc but ended up with a Skoda. The car was very new, with only over 4,000 kilometers driven. The rental desk was easy to find; you just turn a corner after arriving. Here's a tip for everyone: when picking up the car at night, I didn't pay close attention to the rims while taking photos and videos. When returning the car, the inspector found a scratch on one of the rims and documented it. I’m not yet sure if compensation is required. Fortunately, I purchased full insurance through the platform, so I'll wait to see if the car rental company contacts me about compensation. A reminder to everyone—make sure to take detailed photos during pickup to avoid future issues.

Our experience with the FMC was good. Though they were not located at the airport, they came and picked us in 15 min. Staff was very helpful. Vehicle was good and exactly what we need for a big family with lots of luggage.
