Do yourself a favour and book a more professional car hire company. No details were provided of where to find ABBYCAR. They were a 5-10 minute walk away from the airport! We had to make a last-minute amend to the booking, and were subsequently forced to pay an extra €350 insurance on arrival or we could cancel the booking with no refund! The car we were given looked like it had been in a fairly substantial accident. A car in this condition really shouldn't be rented out.

This Company cheats!!! Someone has demolished the rear screen wiper. This spare-part costs about 20€ in Germany. Abbycar charged me 250€. Never ever Abbycar!!!!

We reserved an SUV but they did not have any. So they gave us a car which was unsuitable for the roads in Corfu. It was too wide, too low, and did not have good grip on the very difficult roads there.

I will avoid to come across this company at any cost in future. Terrible customer service if any at all. The woman at the counter in her view "punished" me with allocating a vehicle, which was not fit to be on the road, because I dared to mentioned that it was not clear at the time of the booking that I would be picked up from the airport and taken to the remote location to pick up the rented vehicle. She took it as a personal insult. I clarified that it has noting to do with her personally, and it's the process that I'm referring to. But unfortunately it made no difference to her. I was allocated the worst vehicle I have ever rented. It hadn't been washed, with bird poo on the roof, dusty from outside and inside. The vehicle was located in a side road with other junk cars, whereas all other vehicles, ready for collection, were located at the front of the office building of the rental company. I inspected the vehicle and found number of faults, such as unacceptable dust in and out of the vehicle, broken booth cover, front windscreen wipers not cleaning the windscreen properly causing poor visibility. I returned back to the office to report these fault to the lady. I asked her to give me another vehicle due to these faults, mentioning that there are several identical vehicles (exact same make and model just different colour) at the front of the office. She briefly smiled and said no, they are all booked. I left with no other option than to take that vehicle, as we had an appointment in Corfu city in a short while, which we couldn't miss. Otherwise, I was ready to walk away. On the return, at around 20:30, I found the office closed and the lights were off. it was dark outside. I walked around the building to try to find someone to talk to and ask how and where to drop off the vehicle, as there wasn't any signs at all. AddCar authorized a private car rental company, which was quite troublesome. The entire rental process took almost 2 hours... The counter staff was okay, their English was average, but they were too slow!

Instead of Suzuki Swift, I received the BMW F20 - no extra charge. Surcharge for a young driver (under 25 years old) about 11 euros per day. No problems with returning the car (max. 2 minutes)

When searched for car we set SUV as a criteria and this vehicle showed up. Unfortunately, it was not SUV, Alamo didn't have SUV whatsoever. We ended up paying double price for an ordinary car and it was a different car in any case. All they had a type of car on their booking and no mention of SUV. I feel robbed.

Pick up from airport was within 10 minutes. Office was 2 minutes via the shuttle. Didn't have to wait long to be served but only 2 renters picking cars up at the time. No pressure selling of excess insurance. I always purchase mine online before I travel. Received upgraded car at no charge. Car could have been cleaner inside but it wasn't too bad. No problems with the car. It was reliable and nice to drive. Drop off took less than 10 minutes and shuttle took us straight to the airport. Overall very happy with the car and service.

I am a fan of Enterprise but this time they let me down. The BMW was very old and with plenty of damages, dirty, the tank was only half-full (I specifically booked a full-to-full) and the baby seat was not installed. The lady by check-in counter just didn't care and literally walked away with the damages form when we were inspecting the car and I had to video the car as not all damages were marked on the form. Really horrible experience. This is not what I came to expect from Enterprise.

My only gripe is that on the documentation when booking it was stated that the pick up point was located in airport car park. This is not true. It is infact located approximately quarter of a mile away on the main road opposite entrance to airport. No transfer service just a long walk after a long flight with luggage and kids in 30c plus heat! On returning the car and after i dropped partner, kids and luggage at departures they were kind enough after request to drop me back at departures to save the walk again.

Pick up point was visible from the airport terminal and a short walk but only with hand luggage only. Staff in attendance were courteous and professional. There was no hard sell during the paper work process. The scratches and dents I spotted on the car were recorded and no new issues identifed when i returned the car. All in all, a very good level of service.

The desk was a 2 minute mini bus ride from the airport. The car was waiting and suited us perfectly and we had great service from staff. I had prebooked excess insurance through a third party which surprised them a little but the handover was very easy even in the pouring rain. Great quick service on return and was dropped off back at the airport in a matter of minutes. Really happy with everything from Eurocar.
