When we got to the airport to pick up the car, I get for a very low level car, a manual Fiat .. even though I ordered an auto, and at the BMW level. A representative of the car rental made us wait in the heat of the parking lot for an hour with children claiming he had received an order that we ordered a manual vehicle. It was a very unpleasant experience, we just landed and that was the reception we received.
