The location didn't match the actual address, spent over an hour searching the area. Called the staff, and they just said they were near the train station, then no further assistance was provided.

Very satisfied. I rented a Golf but actually got a large SUV. The car was very new and the staff were very friendly. They even voluntarily drove us to the train station when we returned the car.

The location is relatively remote, and the rental process at the store is not efficient.

My vehicle was not as described. It was dirty, dented and the stereo did not work. Drop off location was a hassle with the large size of the vehicle

Very friendly and helpful Thank you Just not happy deposit has yet to be refunded it was a large amount to outlay and is primitive this isn’t released back immediately

Booked and paid online but they didn't know. Also, the pick-up location was incorrect!
