I was late arriving for my shuttle, it was quickly rectified and someone was there in 5 minutes. I had a wonderful talk with the lady working at the desk when I arrived. She was fabulous and I enjoyed my time spent there.

Like: Because it was rented on boxing day and returned on New years day I expected there may be problems but all was fine. We were given option of bigger vehicles and because there were no snow tires available we took this to be safer. We went through a pretty huge snow storm and were happy we opted for the heavier vehicle with 4 wheel drive.
Dislike: The Ford explorer ended up being great in snow but a bit hard on gas and it was a very uncomfortable ride. this has nothing to do with the rental agency..just the maker of the vehicle...

The car had only run over 12,000 kilometers and was in very good condition. The staff were very patient and helped us save money. Initially, we were going to use one card, but the staff suggested we rent two cars using two cards to avoid paying an extra 10 yuan per day for an additional driver.
