The Greeks are as friendly as ever, but finding the car pickup location was really exhausting.

I paid for the car when I made the reservation. However, when I arrived at the store, I was shocked to be given a Fiat. I asked why it wasn't a Toyota, and the staff said 'Toyota or similar.' But I couldn't understand how a Fiat is similar to a Toyota Corolla. Not only that, the Fiat was an automatic model I had never seen before. When I said I couldn't operate it, the staff said it was the only option. I insisted that I couldn't drive it and it would be dangerous. Only then did they make a call and gave me a small Suzuki, an old model but better than the Fiat. I feel this company is dishonest and discriminates against Chinese people, as the two white customers behind me got Nissans. I suggest that the rental platform does not cooperate with this company.

The staff is friendly. And helpful to pickup and drop off the car. The car they give to me is very new which more than I expected.
