Couldn't find the Dollar location at all!

The service was good, but the cost for extending a few days is too high.

Excellent service. We booked an E series, and the staff saw we had big luggage and upgraded us to a larger car.

So thrilled with the upgrade!

Arrived at the rental desk within the reserved time but was told the original car model was unavailable and was asked to pay extra for an upgrade. There was no guidance to pick up the car.

Terrible Hertz! I rented a Volvo V40, similar models displayed were Audi A3 or Volkswagen Golf, without navigation. The front desk didn't give me these cars, only Citroën C4 and Ford C-Max as options, both with built-in navigation. She didn't tell me that the built-in navigation had additional charges. When I swiped my card, I specifically asked if the amount was only for the deposit, she clearly said yes. But in the end, they charged me 204 euros for the navigation. I have my own Chinese navigation, why would I need theirs? This is outright fraud, misleading users. Disgusting!

The pickup location was hard to find and there was no one to guide us. No staff was present when we arrived.

The car I rented in Pisa, Italy had its right front door lock damaged by a thief in a parking lot. Although I bought car insurance, I was not compensated.

The process was too slow.

The car was very new and easy to drive.

The provided car model was not very satisfactory. It's unclear if it was an upgrade, but the power and fuel efficiency were not as good as the vehicle booked.

The store price was 30% higher than the website price, and service fees were not shown on the app. Afterward, the website was unhelpful when I tried to discuss it.

The car pickup and drop-off went pretty smoothly, not bad.

I asked about the size of the car. They advised me to take Ford S-max instead Ford Mondeo I ordered. It's really good deal. Big and comfortable. It was easy to find the desk and the car.

After rebooking price became even better than expected.
