I couldn't get the car because my driver's license was stolen. While it's understandable, it felt a bit inflexible, especially since we had notarized translations of our licenses in both Chinese and English.

Efficient, car was ready on time.

I booked a Mercedes A-Class through the Zuzuche app, with the promise of at least an Infiniti if the Mercedes was unavailable. However, when I arrived at the rental location, neither a Mercedes A-Class nor an Infiniti was available. I was offered a choice between a Golf and a Skoda, or I could pay an extra 50 euros per day for a Mercedes GLC. After contacting customer service, they communicated with the rental company and informed me that the Golf was in the same category as the Mercedes A-Class, leaving me with no option but to accept the Golf or pay the extra fee for a better car. To avoid disrupting my plans, I had to accept the Golf, but the experience was very disappointing.
